Snug in Smoky Smashans is a free 14-track psychedelic music compilation from Sonic Tantra Records. All tracks have been carefully chosen by our friend and DJ known as Bhassam from a beautiful and mystical place in India known as Assam! Bhassam can be described as the holy ash gathered from funeral pyre, it is regularly applied on the forehead by Hindus, as it empowers opening of the third eye Chakra and gives access to divine worlds inhabited by Gods themselves. The word “Smashan” means the graveyard or cemetery in Sanatana Dharma (Hinduism), whose adherents believe in burning their dead, as fire is an element of liberation and purity.
