Russian-born producer Faradize (Maxim Kucher), who presently resides in Beer-Sheva, capital of the Israeli full-on scene, returns to Ektoplazm with Fusion, his third collection of songs for the esteemed psytrance netlabel. Building on the symphonic strengths of Reviving A Legend (2010) and Darknight Castle (2009), Faradize further refines his melodic and expressive style on this rollicking ride into the far reaches of the imagination. Darknight Castle is the debut release from Faradize (Maxim Kucher), a psytrance producer of Russian origin presently residing in Beer-Sheva, the capital of the Israeli full-on scene. His style is a study in contrasts, combining morning melodies, dark theatrical atmospheres, tribal textures, and acoustic elements into a sizzling psychoactive brew destined to ignite dance floors around the world. This intoxicating blend of old school vibes and new influences draws upon the pioneering work of acts such as The Misted Muppet and Infected Mushroom, conjuring fantastic worlds of sound in the process.
