You Think I’m An Alien Arent U? is the first of several unreleased albums by FaceHead, a cryptic psychedelic trance project from the Pacific Northwest region of America with nearly ten years of experience in the studio. Dwelling mainly on the darker end of the spectrum, this album is not without a sense of humour, as the peculiar track titles and cover art imply. The motivation for having this released is summed up in this statement by the artist: “recently dawn it’d on me that what is the point of all these files if nobody else can hear them fall in a forest would they makent a sound?” It is time to share these bizarre creations with the world.

I hope to have a chance to listen to this project more and to see some new great releases by him in future.
I understand this release not as an album but as a demo of the sound of Facehead. I feel a big potential and a strong vibration in this style of sound and waiting for a possibility to explore some serious works in this field in future too! For me this area of soundscapes is opened by such releases as new Secret Society album (transpersonal journey, sonic sound included, very amazing), upcoming Sectio Aurea album (i think this guys work with some interesting technologies too, hoping for the best), and the sound from Facehead now(i’ve noticed tracks by this project before and was very interested, keep a good work man).. waiting for the more examples soon..
