Mangroove is a freestyle psytrance project formed by Sergio Brentan AKA Low Rezolution and Diogo ”DJ Bone” Reis from Brazil. Imaginary Tales, their debut album on Olotropo Records, channels the spirit of Suomisaundi (a style of experimental psychedelic electronica originating in Finland), integrating playful samples, funk and jazz influences, and bouncing, atmospheric soundscapes backed by full-on psytrance beats. Mastered by Sergio Brentan @ FluxField Studios, São Paulo, Brazil, with artwork by Harley Dias & Sergio Brentan.

Hey people! First of all want to real say a huge thanks to ektoplazm to always support olotropo and our work, Alex Basilisk with ektoplazm rule freeshare psytrance definily today! I can see here some people talking about the project are not suomi style and i real want to make clear that mangroove have a huge influence of suomi and Jazz style, but we made a FREESTYLE album in a psychedelic point of view. The important point of this album is to bring to south america this type of music that are not too popular around and make a strong chain in psychedelic music scene. The purpose of this album are to bring a collection of the best comic books around the globe, converting the colorful cartoons scenes to sound frequency bringing the person to a new perspective of imaginary world. Hope all u enjoy this, because we’re made this in such of love to music pretending expand the psychedelic music to another level! Thanks! =D
