Naiad Daiad is a collaboration between Aquarium, guitarist of digi-funk trio The Malah, and OpenSourceCode AKA neurotrance producer Priapizzm. Their sound explores the realms between classic psychedelia, dubstep, and 80s synth pop. Imagine if Phil Collins, David Gilmour, and Zeno made an instrumental album—you might call it sub-aquatic dub funk, or maybe dadstep. Whatever you want to call it, Cream Of Wheat has been years in the making and JellyFish Frequency Recordings is proud to present it to you! Mastered by Priapizzm with art by Josh Nash.

quite possibly the best album cover i’ve seen on here… hall & oates eat your heart out.

A very fine work, suitable for connoisseurs.

Completely original downtempo, creativity is flowing out of you guys. The description is great and it fits… but this music is more than that. A completely clean and chill derivation of dub / dubstep that pays homage to progressive trance and psychill at every turn… and some very nice and delicate guitar work. “Between Notes” is the highlight for me, indescribable.

    Amazing usage of space!
