Our journey continues… this time we’re visiting the beautiful land of the samba to introduce a fresh Brazilian project, Psychowave (Natan Bueno), a 24 year old producer from São Paulo. Drawing influence and inspiration from old school psytrance and Goa trance music, he tries to merge deep vintage atmospheres from the past with new sound design possibilities. Psychowave’s music is perfect for dance floor journeys and is filled with trippy soundscapes. So far he has released an EP in the beginning of 2010 and appeared on one compilation. Neogoa now delivers fresh Brazilian psychedelia with Sunshine Reborn, an acid-driven Goa trance release which will make you dance under the warm rays of sun. Mastering by Tim Schuldt @ 4CN Studios. Graphic design and cover artwork by Ivan Parić & NEOGOAdesign. All tracks written, produced and mixed by Natan Bueno.

This is an amazing melding of old-school and new-school Goa. Every track blew my mind, they’re all stand-outs. 5 stars, without a doubt! This is one of my favorite Ektoplazm releases so far, and I can’t wait to hear more from this guy.
To much over compression going on, and whats so old school about this? This is pure newschool goa
Parts of it just had an old-school feel to me, with all the hyptnotic pulsing going on. Maybe it’s just me, meh.
In my opinion it’s more oldschoolish goa trance than modern newschool stuff, but everyone got different perspective about music I guess.

Wow, excellent Goa I love it! Goa is my favorite style, so I listen to it a lot… old and new. And this definitely has influence of the old skool, which I absolutely love! Reminds me of some of the old greats. This also has really good production value, and very trippy. Excellent work!
