Silicon Slave became immersed in electronic dance music purely by chance. Narrowly escaping a natural disaster that destroyed his hometown, his family decided to move to Australia at random. Once there, he quickly discovered the healing energies stored in psychedelic bass music. Becoming more and more obsessed, Gus began to mix and produce music all his own. Soon he was playing live and had made up his mind that he would devote his life to bringing conscious dance music to the masses. In exchange for a more direct understanding of synthesis, Gus agreed to merge consciousness with his laptop. From then on he became a Silicon Slave. Slavery, his debut release, is an experimental mix of glitch hop, psychedelic trance, and lyrical sensibilities. Also featured here are Logman ‘n Pstump, Gnosis, and Whomple Stiltskin. Mastered by KV Productions with artwork by Tali Drohan.

Great album! hopefully there is more to come.
This is fun shit. Like.
even the elves would be stomping
Damnnnnnnn why so little coments..Track 4 is awesome
I like this. Nice psy and glitch elements and unique and interesting flows on the hip hop tracks too.
mix of stuff I love. following following while you’re dictating the rhythm of my day!
I agree, the 4th track is full of energy.
I love the glitchy, proggy instrumental stuff here, very clever and out of the box compositions. 5/5 for this stuff.
I would like the album a lot more if the production on the rapping wasn’t so weak. The flows are also pretty awkward, with quite a few cases of words being clumsily used just because they rhyme. Decent messages, but nothing profound. 2/5 for this stuff.
So 3/5.
Awesome mix of different styles, great to hear some live vocals! Really enjoyed the lyrics.
Great Album. But the 4th track is by far the best one!
ja ja ja the best GLITCH yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Love the tempo changes, sends shivers down my spine. Love the experimental coming out of Australia
this was one of the first psy albums I ever downloaded.
