Wars, oppression, human exploitation, unemployment, poverty and natural disasters give us all the feeling that this bubble is about to explode! Could mankind be so stupid to destroy itself? Will our times come to be called by future generations as the Age Of Apocalypse? After participating in a killer birthday party for Noizhartt this group of artists decided to share some of their finest tunes with those of us still standing. Experimental, fast, and aggressive, this compilation is a call for struggle against the darkest premonitions of what’s coming next for our world. Lotus Feet Records, recently established as an independent record label in Pristina, Kosovo, is proud to present its debut compilation, Lotus Rising. Their aim is to stir up the psytrance scene while delivering quality underground music to listeners worldwide by offering space for talented producers to present material favourable to the label’s concept: groovy night-time psychedelia with powerful bass lines and positive vibrating sounds. In their words, “We believe that contributing creatively and sharing our vision through sound is the only way of awakening and interconnecting our souls within this planet and beyond!” While working on this first compilation the label had the pleasure of working with DJ Fedro AKA S.E.T.I. who unfortunately passed away in this time. Welcome into a lost reality. Reality is a result of perception. If there is no one to perceive it, nothing exists. So what is reality but a movie for the living beings on planet earth, kind of a theater for individualistic expression and exploration? Or in other words, don’t we just get lost in this matrix of billions of perspectives from the day we are born until death sets us free? Due to its nature of being the result of perception, our reality shifts with everything we hear, say, feel, experience.
